A friend of mine referred Claudia Webb from The Mike Webb Team to me about 3 years ago. My wife and I met her and decided to work with her at our first meeting. She helped us find the right financing for us and buy our first home. She guided us throughout the entire process and walked us through the process with lots of patience. She is a wealth of knowledge. Since our first purchase, I purchased two other properties with Claudia, and I am about to sell one of them with her as well. I have referred to all our friends and family members as I know they would be in great hands. Mike and Claudia sold my Arlington Village townhouse while I was house hunting in South Carolina and it went very smoothly. The day the movers cleared out my unit I handed the keys to Mike and drove off. Within 9 days they had the place cleaned, staged and on the market. I had a good offer the first weekend it was open and five weeks later the closing was done remotely. In the meantime I was able to focus on house hunting in my new location, which was a great convenience.

Claudia and Mike are the best in the business. We are currently overseas and unable to travel due to Covid, but need to move back this winter. Claudia and Mike helped us buy and sell in Arlington in 2013, so we reached out to them to help us find our new home prior to our arrival. Truly thankful for Claudia and Mike Webb and entire team and their knowledge and efforts! They take the stress out of packing and moving endeavors. They assisted with packing materials, boxes, paper, packing tape, pens, saving me time. The mantra of declutter, donate, discard keeps one focused. The team replaced light fixtures and hardware throughout house, installed beautiful flooring, painted, cleaned, and spruced up the yard. Assisted with donation and trash runs, packing the PODS, and vehicle donation. Staging of the house was beautiful. The house sold for above asking price in less than a week.

When we tell our friends about our experience using Mike and Claudia Webb to sell our home, their reaction is always, "They did all of that at no additional cost"? They didn't just tell us what we needed to do to get our house ready for the market, they told us that our job was to declutter and they would do all of the rest. In addition to painting the entire house, inside and out, they also installed some drywall, installed a new laundry sink, disposed of the old concrete sink, managed to get a box spring down our narrow stairs with no damage, provided a variety of handyman services, and hauled away anything we wanted to donate or dispose of. Mike and Claudia Webb are simply the best. When it comes to customer service, they go the extra mile—or ten—for their clients. They use efficient and effective teams to improve the properties they handle, including staging, cleaning and yard work. Eight years ago Mike Webb sold our home “as is” in a few days, for thousands over our asking price. Although the home was “as is”, Mike brought in a crew to clean out an overgrown backyard. That investment paid off. We bought our current home through Claudia so when we needed a backyard renovation, I called her. Within less than a week, she had a team out to assess our situation. At a very reasonable price, the work was completed reliably, on schedule, and to the highest standards. Mike and Claudia’s crews are a pleasure to work with and will give excellent results.

From the first interview, Mike and Claudia Webb were honest, direct, knowledgeable and transparent. They were the only realtors I interviewed who told me what commission they would charge and worked up a Seller’s Estimated Costs of Settlement on the spot based on a specific selling price so that I understood my actual profit.
