Mike and Claudia are truly a dream team! Selling my home after 28 years was incredibly emotional and stressful, especially with so much to move and my son having grown up there. They completely understood, taking so much of the burden off my shoulders and making what could have been an overwhelming process feel effortless. They worked diligently to secure the highest sale price in the neighborhood, surpassing expectations. They went above and beyond, managing every detail. For a small additional fee, they addressed all remaining items, painted the entire house, landscaped the exterior, and painted the garage. They ensured everything was in working order, fixing issues from light bulbs to cabinet hinges.Their services included staging the entire house, coordinating utilities, creating marketing materials, pre-marketing the listing, and hosting an open house. Mike and Claudia and their incredible team were perfect for getting my condo prepared for listing, listed, hosting showings and an open house, and negotiating a contract for sale. I was recommended to use Mike and Claudia Webb by a neighbor who had worked with them. My neighbor's assessment proved to be exactly right. This team is terrific!!! I have bought and sold many homes over 45 years and I have never received the support I got from them. They helped me to remove furniture that was not going to my new home which is much smaller, provided information about many resources necessary for a smooth move, advertised effectively and used a photographer who made my house stand out, and made me feel comfortable every step along the way. I can never thank them enough and I am immensely appreciative of subject matter expertise and kindness.

Mike and Claudia make selling (and buying) a house incredibly easy! I have now worked with Mike and Claudia three times and would recommend them and their team without hesitation. They are extremely knowledgeable about the Northern Virginia real estate market and we completely trusted them with guidance on the listing price and timeline for the sale of our Arlington home. Mike and Claudia are professional and responsive, always making themselves available to clients. The complimentary concierge service they provide took so much stress off of the prepping for the sale and our move. Their crew came in and painted, made minor repairs, and mowed/landscaped the yard to make the house look it's best before it was listed. Additionally, they had the house professionally cleaned before pictures were taken for the MLS listing/open houses. And, lastly, they also made several pick ups of trash as we cleared out things we no longer needed/wanted; they offered to do a Goodwill run as well if we had things that were appropriate for donation instead of trash.
