My experience renting an apartment from them was an absolute disaster, and reading their response only makes me feel even more disappointed. From the very first day I moved in, there were serious pest issues, including roaches and other bugs throughout the apartment. I continued to suffer from this problem during my time there, along with multiple maintenance issues such as a broken fridge, fan, and door. This was not a small inconvenience or a temporary issue — I had to live in an apartment with roaches, and that experience has stayed with me as trauma even after 10 years. Instead of taking responsibility or properly addressing the problem, they blamed me as the tenant. When I reported the roach issue, they claimed that I had brought them in, which was completely absurd. I had never experienced any pest problems in my previous apartments, and the infestation was already present from the beginning. Even if they claim that the building had regular pest control, that does not erase the reality of what I experienced while living there. I was the one who had to live in that unit, and I suffered from roaches for a long time. Saying that pest control was done does not change what actually happened inside the apartment. What is most disappointing is the lack of responsibility or empathy. Their response does not acknowledge what I went through or show any accountability. Instead, it brings up other issues and makes it seem like my experience was not real. That feels extremely irresponsible. Because of this experience, I still have a serious fear of roaches, and I will never forget living in that apartment. Ten years have passed, but the stress, fear, and frustration I felt back then have not disappeared. My review is based on what I personally experienced. This was by far the worst rental experience I have ever had, and I would strongly caution anyone considering renting or buying a place through them. Be very careful before dealing with this company.

They provided concierge-level service to prep, stage, and list our home, and their attention to detail truly set them apart.They also helped coordinate so many moving pieces during our transition out of Virginia, including mail and assisting with returning a Verizon box. Mike and Claudia were a huge help in getting our house sold quickly. We only had to focus on packing and they handled the rest. Taking donations to goodwill, hauling junk away to a dumpster and helping us load up our POD for moving was huge.Mike and Claudia immediately had a plan when seeing our home and knew what improvements to make. They handled painting, masonry fixes, and landscaping that made our house look great. They even covered smaller details I wouldn't have considered like painting the garage floor and basement walls which really gave things a clean finish. Would definitely recommend working with them. Communication was always prompt and easy.
