Mike and Claudia are absolutely top notch. There white glove service was exactly what we needed to sell our house during a very hectic time. They made everything so easy and quickly navigated a couple unforeseen issues. I'm not sure we could have managed all of the home selling at such an otherwise busy time. They clearly are pioneers and the gold standard for white glove service. Plus, they are just incredibly nice, personable, and very responsive to work with. Can't recommend enough.

My husband and I are so very happy we chose Mike and Claudia Webb to be our realtors! Not only did they help us find our wonderful new home, but they did a FABULOUS job at selling our former home. They took care of painting the entire house (it hadn't been painted in awhile), tidying up the garden and the house really shone with the staging with more updated furniture. (They also cleared the sidewalk and driveway of snowcrete for the open house.) I wasn't sure it required the staging, but trusted their professional judgement, they did all the work themselves, and they were right! The buyers fell in love with this house, as we had years ago, and everyone was happy. Mike and Claudia were always calm, helpful and cheerful, whether the work was easy or more complicated, as it got toward the closing. They always took our phone calls and texts and replied to ours promptly They were also honest, and kind. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our was under contract within just a few days of being listed and from the very person to see our house, and their prep work surely made that happen. Can't recommend enough.

My experience renting an apartment from them was an absolute disaster, and reading their response only makes me feel even more disappointed. From the very first day I moved in, there were serious pest issues, including roaches and other bugs throughout the apartment. I continued to suffer from this problem during my time there, along with multiple maintenance issues such as a broken fridge, fan, and door. This was not a small inconvenience or a temporary issue — I had to live in an apartment with roaches, and that experience has stayed with me as trauma even after 10 years. Instead of taking responsibility or properly addressing the problem, they blamed me as the tenant. When I reported the roach issue, they claimed that I had brought them in, which was completely absurd. I had never experienced any pest problems in my previous apartments, and the infestation was already present from the beginning. Even if they claim that the building had regular pest control, that does not erase the reality of what I experienced while living there. I was the one who had to live in that unit, and I suffered from roaches for a long time. Saying that pest control was done does not change what actually happened inside the apartment. What is most disappointing is the lack of responsibility or empathy. Their response does not acknowledge what I went through or show any accountability. Instead, it brings up other issues and makes it seem like my experience was not real. That feels extremely irresponsible. Because of this experience, I still have a serious fear of roaches, and I will never forget living in that apartment. Ten years have passed, but the stress, fear, and frustration I felt back then have not disappeared. My review is based on what I personally experienced. This was by far the worst rental experience I have ever had, and I would strongly caution anyone considering renting or buying a place through them. Be very careful before dealing with this company.

If you're selling remotely, Mike and Claudia are who you want. We had already moved out of state when our Arlington home went on the market, and managing that from a distance with a shifting market was, of course, a challenge. They kept us informed at every step, were always easy to reach when we needed to talk, and got us a deal that worked. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in South Arlington.
